Party Hangover

Wow. I am so tired that it hurts. Here I am, at the office, on a beautiful July 2, while everyone else is at the beach or some such place. But, even though putting on make-up was the last thing I wanted to do, I am enjoying the silence as there is only one other person also required to be here, and we are on opposite sides of the building. Why tired? Why hungover? Because we are the insane people that throw a party that lasts almost all day for 75 of our closest friends and neighbors! What were we thinking? I think that everybody had a good time... I did... and we have great friends that helped us clean up at the end of the night, but now, I am just too tired to even think! So why am I blogging? Because it's helping me procrastinate from writing all the thank you notes that I need to write on behalf of my son... I'm too tired to be elequent. And I hate those notes that just say "Thanks for the *blank*. Love, me". So what's a tired girl to do when stuck at the office manning the phones that don't ring? Blog! I also pulled all the old files from my drawer that need to be turned into recycling, but again, that takes too much energy. Maybe I'll do some internet shopping. Anybody who took the time to read the ramblings of a very tired crazy woman, I'm sorry, but thank you for letting me waste a little bit of your time... Or maybe you should be thanking me for giving you a ridiculous distraction while you procrastinate from doing whatever it is you're supposed to be doing! :) Big love to all! And happy Indepence Day!
